No catch. We build your complete website first, you test it thoroughly, request any changes you want, and only pay once you’re 100% satisfied. No contracts, no deposits, no hidden fees.

How long does it take to build my website?
Most websites are completed within 2-3 weeks from our kickoff call, depending on the package and how quickly you provide content (logo, photos, business details). Larger Premium projects with custom features may take 3-5 weeks.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. While we specialize in US and European service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, pool services, contractors, therapists, and more), we work with English-speaking clients worldwide and accommodate different time zones with flexible call scheduling.

What if I need changes after the website is live?
All our packages include an ongoing monthly plan that covers hosting, security updates, and a set number of support hours or content updates each month. Anything beyond that scope is always quoted clearly before we start billable work.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our monthly retainers are month-to-month with no lock-in period. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Will my website actually generate leads, not just look nice?
Every website we build is designed around conversion — clear calls-to-action, fast load times, mobile optimization, and local SEO so you show up when customers search for your services. Growth and Premium packages add ongoing SEO and ad management focused specifically on lead volume.

I already have a website. Can you improve it instead of starting over?
Absolutely. We offer redesign and optimization services for existing WordPress sites, and can migrate sites from other platforms (Wix, Squarespace, etc.) to WordPress for better performance and SEO.

How do payments and currency work since you’re based in India?
We invoice in USD (or GBP/EUR on request) and accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. Our India base lets us offer better pricing than local agencies without compromising quality.

What happens if I’m not happy even after revisions?
We include unlimited revisions during the review phase for exactly this reason. In the rare case you’re still not satisfied, you’re not obligated to pay or use the website — no questions asked.

Can you help with ongoing marketing, not just the website?
Yes. Our Growth and Premium packages include SEO, content creation, and Google Ads management, and we can build custom marketing plans based on your industry and goals.

How do we communicate given the time difference?
We keep flexible hours to overlap with US/UK business hours for calls, and communicate via email, WhatsApp, or your preferred tool in between, with responses within 24 hours.
